To uphold the rights of both parties, customers are obligated to adhere to the following transaction terms upon accepting product orders:
1. The price of ordered products is based on Spfloe's final decision.
2. In the event of any pricing or labeling errors on products, and an order has been placed, Spfloe reserves the right to make the final decision on the order.
3. Please provide accurate and clear information including your full name, delivery address, and contact details.
4. Prior to ordering, it is understood that you have thoroughly read and agreed to the shopping process and the return/exchange policy.
5. It is your responsibility to collect and sign for the goods upon delivery.
6. Spfloe is not liable for delays in orders, inability to deliver, or incurred shipping costs due to the following reasons:
